Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Third-Party Services:
    Cancellations for flights, hotels, and packages are subject to third-party provider rules. Bindaas Yatra also charges a nominal service fee.
  2. Seasonal and Peak-Time Bookings:
    During peak seasons (e.g. X-mas & New Year: 20 Dec – 05 Jan), some bookings may be 100% non-refundable.
  3. Cancellations:
  • Booking amount is non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing during working hours (Mon–Sat).
  • All cancellations of the tour by the client shall be subject to cancellation charges with GST.
  1. Force Majeure (e.g. lockdowns, natural disasters, strikes or emergencies):
  • Option to reschedule the trip.
  • Or receive a credit note (valid for 12 months) for future travel (fixed departures only).
  • While we attempt to make alternate arrangements, we are not liable for refunds or compensation.
  • Bindaas Yatra is not responsible for rebooking flights in case of cancellations. Any additional costs needs to be borne by the traveler.
  1. Refund Timelines:
  • Flights: 30–45 working days.
  • Hotels: 15–30 working days. Non-refundable hotels will incur 100% cancellation charges.
  • Visas: 10-12 weeks from the date of refusal.
  • Cancellations made from Client, the amount will be refunded in 45 working days.
  • Cancellations made from the Bindaas Yatra side then it will take 60 working days to settle the refund.
  • Final refunds depend on vendor terms and exchange rates.
  1. Visa & Insurance:
  • Visa approvals are at the embassy’s discretion. Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.

 

  1. Post-Departure Changes:

No refunds for unused services (meals, activities, transports, etc) or missed tours due to client delays or early trip exit/ early check-out.

  1. Rescheduling & Customization:
  • One free reschedule allowed. After that, charges may apply or the amount will be refunded as a credit note (valid for 12 months) for future travel (fixed departures only).
  • Max 3 customizations allowed after which additional fees are applicable.

 

  1. Service Charges:

A 10% service charge is applicable on the entire package amount.

💳 Payment Policy

  • 50% Booking Amount due at time of confirmation.
  • Remaining 50% due 45 days before travel.
  • Full payment required for bookings made within 30 days of departure.
  • Full payment (Non-Refundable) required for flight bookings and visas.
  • Flight cost is 100% Non-Refundable.
  • 2.5 % additional bank charges are paid through Credit or Debit card.
  • GST Mandatory.
