  1. When is the best time to book an international tour?

It depends on where you’re headed:

  • Southeast Asia (like Thailand, Vietnam, or Bali): November to February is ideal, with cooler, drier weather that makes for great travel.
  • East Asia (like Japan, Korea): March–May and September–November offer mild weather and beautiful scenery.
  • Dubai: The best time to visit is from November to March, when the weather is cooler and perfect for sightseeing.
  • Nepal: September to November and March to May offer pleasant weather, clear skies, and stunning mountain views—ideal for trekking and exploring.
  • Sri Lanka: Visit the west and south coasts from December to March, and the east coast from April to September, due to the island’s two distinct monsoon seasons affecting different regions at different times.

We recommend booking early for peak seasons to secure the best rates. In general, May–September and November–February are ideal for most international destinations.

 

  1. Can I modify my customized itinerary after confirmation?

Absolutely! You can make changes—just keep in mind they depend on availability and may include extra costs or cancellation fees. Your Relationship Manager will help you out as soon as you confirm and cover any applicable charges.

Yes, we provide visa assistance and documentation support for a small fee. While the final approval rests with the consulate, fewer than 6 out of 1,000+ of our clients have faced a rejection.

Our packages are land-only and do not include flights. This gives you the flexibility to book flights that best suit your schedule and budget. If you need help finding the right flights, we’re happy to assist!

You’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Our operations team will then begin booking your services, and you’ll get a full update within 24 hours.

 

  1. Will prices change after I confirm my booking?

In rare cases, yes—typically during high-demand periods. If that happens, we’ll notify you immediately and suggest equivalent alternatives.

 

  1. 1 How do I cancel my trip if there’s no cancel button?

Just email us. We’ll handle all coordination with partners and provide a consolidated cancellation summary within 48–72 hours.

Our mobile support platform is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM IST. For after-hours issues, you can reach our local partners—their contact info is included in your booking confirmation.

 

  1. What if one of my scheduled activities is canceled?

Though cancellations are rare, if an activity is affected due to weather or other factors:

  • We shall try to arrange an exciting alternative aligned with your interests, but not guaranteed.
