Terms & Conditions

Bindaas Yatra is a duly licensed Travel Agency in India, headquartered in  Mumbai, Maharashtra.

  1. Agreement & Booking Policy

By booking with Bindaas Yatra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The person booking accepts responsibility for the group and all related payments. A booking is only confirmed once the non-refundable deposit is paid. All services are subject to availability at the time of payment.

  1. Pricing & Payments
  • 50% of the total package is required at booking.

  • Non-refundable Hotels will require 100% payments.
  • 100% of the total Airfare & Visa amount.
  • Remaining payment is to be made before 30 days of travel.
  • Full payment is due if booking within 30 days of travel.
  • All prices are in INR per person, unless specified.
  • GST and surcharges (due to events, taxes, or fuel price hikes) are applicable as per government regulations and is mandatory.
  • Discounts, if any, apply at the time of final payment and are subject to change without notice.
  • All quotes are based on payments made via bank transfers/cheque deposits/UPI. Credit/Debit card payments are subject to additional fees of 2.5%.
  1. Hotels & Services
  • Hotel bookings are subject to availability. Alternate options may be provided.
  • Special dates (e.g., Dec 24, Dec 31, Feb 14) may have mandatory Gala Dinner fees, payable at the hotel.
  • Early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed unless pre-booked for the previous night and the next night.
  • Room preferences are subject to hotel availability.
  • If requested hotels are unavailable, alternatives of similar value will be offered.
  1. Flights, Visas & Travel Documents
  • Flight prices can change until payment is completed.
  • Visa approvals are handled by the respective consulate and are not guaranteed. Bindaas Yatra assists but is not liable for rejections or delays. Our cancellation policy applies even if the visa is denied.
  • Full travel documents (tickets, vouchers, itinerary) will be emailed after full payment.
  1. Itinerary & Changes
  • The itinerary may be modified by the tour guide/driver depending on local conditions.
  • Changes to bookings (dates, people, destinations) may incur extra charges.
  • If services are unavailable, alternatives of similar value will be offered.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • The booking amount is non-refundable.
  • No-shows and delays due to natural events are non-refundable.
  • If the balance payment is not made, the booking may be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed after deducting applicable charges and GST.
  • Flight cost & Visa fees are  Non-Refunable.
  1. Limitations of Liability

Bindaas Yatra is not responsible for:

  • All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general wellbeing.
  • Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, Breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
  • We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

 

  1. Special Notes
  • SIC (Seat-In-Coach) services have fixed schedules. Missed pick-ups are not compensated.
  • Guides are provided only for selected tours.
  • Honeymoon benefits or special inclusions may vary at check-in.
  • Bindaas Yatra reserves the right to update or modify tour details before or after booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we’ll inform you of any changes in advance. If not, our Tour Manager or local representative will notify you during the tour.
  • A booking deposit is required to confirm any package. In some cases, a higher deposit may be needed to meet specific payment terms. Please review all booking conditions and package details carefully.
  • While we attempt to make alternate arrangements, we are not liable for refunds or compensation.
  • We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
